At Cresco, we are committed to making your home building journey a positive and enjoyable one—from the ground up. When you choose us, you’ll have the support of our experienced Colour & Design Coordinator, who will guide you through every step of the process. They’ll be your primary resource for everything Cresco, keeping you informed about key milestones, updates, and more.
Once your deal is firm, you’ll be introduced to Cresco’s Colour & Design Coordinator, who will explain the stages of our building process and what to expect. They will be your primary point of contact throughout the build, ready to answer any questions and provide support.
You’ll then be invited to Cresco’s Design Centre to collaborate with our Colour & Design Coordinator. Together, you’ll choose your finishes based on the construction stage of your home at the time of purchase. You’ll have access to a variety of high-quality, respected, and industry-leading suppliers to help you find the perfect finishes for your new home.
Upon closing, we will conduct a walk-through to ensure your home meets your expectations and to show you how to use the various equipment. You’ll be accompanied by Cresco’s Quality Assurance Manager, who will answer any questions you may have and guide you on how to submit warranty requests in the future. We understand this is a lot to take in, but don’t worry—we’ll provide you with a Cresco Homeowner Guide for your reference anytime.
A new home takes time to adjust to soil and weather conditions, and you may notice changes as it settles during your first year. We encourage you to keep a list of items and their locations on the 1-YEAR WARRANTY LIST page of your Cresco Homeowner Guide, and submit this to us 11 months after closing. Cresco’s Warranty Department will address these concerns and work with Atlantic Home Warranty to review what is covered under your warranty program and coordinate the necessary repairs.
